MAUI Blazor Project works fine on windows but main application page will not render when ran on Mac

From the best of what I can find it appears to be an issue in the javascript side of blazor when trying to render something on the screen. I have been trying to figure this out for 3 days. Anything that can be suggested on how to narrow this issue down would be most appreciated.

I have spent the last 3 days and countless things trying to figure out how to identify this issue. There are entirely too many to try to explain here.
