Blazor WASM debugging break points does not work with launchBrowser false

So i disabled launchBrowser via the launchSettings.json and now the break points are not active, it says The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document. If it turn launchBrowser true, debugging works fine.
