Why does ALT+S play the annoying Windows default exclamation sound in Blazor Maui hybrid app? [closed]

1. Create a new Blazor MAUI Hybrid app
2. Run it
3. Press Alt-S
4. You hear the Windows default exclamation sound

How can I stop this from happening? I use Alt-S for a shortcut in my app, and it's quite annoying.
