How do I correctly nest multiple partial classes under a Blazor component?

I can get nested partial classes, but it insists on being hierarchical in this way:

There doesn't seem to be any method I've tried to get the file nesting settings in Visual Studio to flatten the hierarchy under the .razor file. I'll have to just disable nesting, if this continues.
